Today’s Task: create and publish your About page, then either adapt it into a widget on your home page or add it to your menu.
You would think telling people about yourself would be easy… Well, not for me. I’d much rather be telling you about the book I’m reading or any other thoughts I may have. I come from a kind of large family, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, and numerous cousins ALWAYS around. The schools I went to growing up were small, everybody knew everybody. It was so bad 90% of the people that know me don’t even remember my real name, it’s always been “Lulu”. So it’s difficult for me to talk about myself, I just became accustomed to everybody knowing me already. With that being said anything you may want to know about me just ask. I’m an open book, even if I have to clue what to add to the ‘About’ page.
Oh wow, I just updated my About page and then I read this! It can be hard, can’t it?

Oh god my about page is a joke – Just a few facts about me thrown in to advertising what my blog is for. I’ve followed. I’m a writer myself, and usually post short stories and poetry on my blog, as well as updates on the novel I’m working on. Fantasy, Very dark and a bit of humour is what you’ll find. Check it out if you’ve got the time. Thanks 🙂

It can be tough! Especially since I don’t want to write the wrong thing!

I like your title and tagline and of the photos I’ve seen on your header, I like the stacks of paperback books best. I think some of the info in this post you should include in your About page. This helps us get to know you a bit more. It is hard to know what to say about yourself, though, what to reveal. Maybe think about why readers should trust your opinions about books, or maybe give readers some idea of the genre of books you read and will review? Just some ideas. Good luck!
